Your name, email, the date and time, the number of people and the language. Your phone and notes only if you add them.

Only to handle your booking.

The museum, on this website and by email, and you, with a copy. The request also goes to FamulliaOS, the system the museum uses to manage its tours.

Only as long as we need it to handle your visit.

Other services and cookies
Hosting
Hostinger hosts the website and Cloudflare delivers it. They process technical data, such as your IP address, to show the pages.
The map
The map loads from OpenStreetMap, which also receives your IP address.
Links
Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram open only if you click a link to them.
The cookie
One cookie, pll_language, remembers your language for a year.

See, correct or delete your data
You can ask at any time: just write to us. You can also complain to Albania’s Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data.
